I was just playing the Hotting Up race on NFS:HP and was a hair's breadth from 1st place at the finish line, but got busted right at the end. Needless to say, I was pissed off.

When I was playing halo reach online, I had grabbed the tank. Some guy wanted it so he was standing at the front shooting at me. Then the other team's tank rolls up and starts shooting at some guys so I turn to fire and he stands in front of the tank barrel, get's blown up and boots me for team killing.
I was really pissed off with that guy.

Two occurred in Demon"s Souls. The first was when I died at the Tower Knight on stage 1-2 and had to replay the entire level again.
The second was when I realized that in order to beat the level I would have to start the entire game over again. Yeah... I should have put more points into endurance.

A creeper spawner.I said better be careful, I'm just going to place torches here and there while sneaking, because I was above them ...... aaaand yes, I let go of the shift key by accdient and dropped down, as I was falling I had my "OH FUUUUUUUUUUUUUU" moment and then boom.
