Having easily one of the best stages I had ever done in World Rally Championship 4 and then crashing literally on the finishing line stand, basically totaling my car.
Mass Effect 2 on Insane I was on Omega doing the mission to enlist Garrus. We were fighting the gunship and I was doing well when it was on only enough HP to take like one more Incinerate or rocket it dropped some troops so I turned round to take care of them. While concentrating on the troops the gunship flanked me and shot from the side window and killed me. That was my first attempt and it took me another 11 attempts to do it. I was not amused, would have got it the first time if I had been paying more attention.
Fighting the last boss in FFVIII and getting to their last form (which you get to after about an hour of fighting) only to have them cast the "suck my bare ass and die" spell that wiped out my team. I was so pissed and determined to never have that happen to me again that I grinded my team until they all gained 10 more levels and I went back and ***** smacked the boss to the furthest moon of Jupiter..
My biggest FFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUU moments are always when I screw up something. Notably, switching between shooters, I remember going to take cover in R6:Vegas 2 and dropping a nade at my feet. Running out into heavy fire to avoid my own grenade and then having to repeat a whole lot of the game.
There are a number of times I've played a game in one sitting for hours on ened, didnt save, then accidentlly quite, or the game crashed, or I died. I've had this happen with as much as 6 hours of game play.
Civ 5, you sink a good few hours into it, making elaborate and methodical plays to seize the country and then BAM it crashes and you lose progress. ¬_¬ i changed the damn autosaves to once every 2 turns now.
Also AC:B multiplayer; almost all of it. Especially when you throw down a smoke but the game doesn't register and the player kills you anyway. Bad days.

my latest FUUUUUUUUUUUUU.... moment had to be in FFXIII when i was facing Odin and i had to use a healing class.. wich i didnt have at the moment, had to replay a huge chunk of the area to go back to the fight with the right class *sigh*
BTW that game isnt bad hell FFXIII is the first pure RPG i have ever bought and i liked it.

hmm... the most recent (i don't tend to freak out at games; but i made an exception here *g*) would be the boss-fight at the end of Crysis... not because it was very hard (since he/she/it, that giant alien bust-a-ship's-bridge-with-a-single-hit-but-cannot-do-s**t-against-a-single-footy, couldn't really hurt you) or them small alien-thingies were too annoying, jumping around like easter-bunny on speed, but... that stupid %&!? "scientist" §&§$~%! woman who just $#%&§!$ß wouldn't shut the #%$!& up "Nomad, aim for the hatch at the un-der side! Hurry, Nomad! Aim for the hatch at the un-der side! Hurry, Nomad! ..."

Or Running from Crasy Sergeant Johnson (If you kill him a few times in halo 3 he will chase after you and insta kill you) Making it to the next checkpoint just to have him spawn next to me the secound it saves and then start killing me over and over and over and over.. That was a fun weekend.

Just knifed a bear to death and was waiting for it to stop ragdolling so I could carve it when I got blindsided by another bear.

Spending the good part of 3hrs in a underground cave in minecraft collecting a large amount of iron, gold diamond and have soooo much equipment that its not even funny and what happens,
