I liked getting "A man chooses" in Bioshock, tough, but persistence, patience, and cheap ass mofo tactics will see you through it. Seriously after getting enrage, Hypnotize Big Daddy, and Security Bullseye, I barely fought anyone myself again.

I've gotta say Boss Battles on extreme difficulty in SSBB. Happiest moment of my life for some reason.

My biggest achievement is probably Halo on co-op legendary, took us a long time, and occasionally we did resort to the 'pile up one of your bodies until the enemy cant actually move around them' tactic, but we did it!

Surviving Devil May Cry on the now contradictory difficulty setting 'Dante MUST die' mode.
Devil May Cry 1 will always be the best in the series IMO.

The biggest "Oh my gawd" achievement in video gaming was probably about 6/7 years ago whilst playing Unreal Tournament 2004. It was a "destroy the enemy base" game online and I was on foot, sprinting towards the base when I heard a low humming noise behind me getting louder and louder. I turned around and there, coming straight for me, was an enemy Manta dropping height to behead me. On pure impulse, I side jumped at the last possible moment whilst turning in midair and shot the driver point blank in the face with a flak cannon, killing the driver. Myself and the Manta survived unscathed and I stole the vehicle.

That was a moment where I just thought "Wow, I did that..."

The first time I beat the geth colossus in ME2. I had a really bad strat, and that impaired me somewhat.
Also, when I finally got the Pure trophy in Flower. Wow, that was annoying.

Getting 38 points, 8 dominations and being #1 on the team list in TF2 as Pyro.

Getting 128 points as Demoman in a series of matches in TF2.

Getting the "Deep Undercover" achievement in TF2 (it's definitely not one of the easy ones).

Gee, just Team Fortress 2?

Wow. Seriously. You are truly insane. Congratulations.

OT: Downing XT-002 on the first day of the Ulduar patch? Before the nerf.

Beating Flemeth on the first attempt in Dragon Age when the rest of my party went down on the first or second attack. Sure I brought an insane amount of health poultices with me for the occasion, but I accomplished it, legitimately, with 10 health poultices left over! That was awesome.

Runners up are the first time I finished Ocarina of Time, which at the time was easily the longest and most epic game I had played, and getting all 150 of the first-gen Pokemon back when they were the only ones around.

I was playing Supreme Commander with a friend of mine, FFA with 2 other guys. We both knew we would die shortly, so I decided to mess with my friend a little. I was equipping my commander with a teleporter, but it takes a shit time to get it on. So I used everything I got while 2 experimentals were already bombing my defences. And around 50% I start telling my friend (over Ventrilo) that he would have a suprise waiting for him, so he started geussing. And finally, when my commander was at 99,8% of the teleport, he realized that it was teleport, and my commander popped up in the mid of his base, and I pressed control+K. The fun part is that I actually ruined his suicide mission on me with the huge explosion XD. I will never forget that line: "OH SHIT, TELEPORT!"
