My biggest "OMG I WON" is completing all 50 states in the original Rampage on the NES on a single playthrough, followed closely by the biggest "slap to the face" by the ending cutscene.

In ODST, no ammo, not close to the base, and 3 friends,all 4 of us charged in, fists only, and we destroyed 14 grunts, and blew up 4 tanks

The day I beat Guitar Hero 3 on hard. After about three weeks of crying myself to sleep cause the devil boss fight/duet, whatever they were, were so difficult, I took a 2 months break from the game. Having forgotten the pain of suck, I decided to pop it back in and in one try beat the deul. I was so shocked.

Seeing Jack's casket and then getting a silent nod of approval from Garrus at the end of ME2 after telling the Illusive Man to fuck right off was pretty damn sweet.
Beating World at War on Veteran was one of the most difficult things I've ever done. I was also incredibly happy after I got the platinum trophy for GTA IV - the amount of time that took me was staggering. I was also proud of myself after beating Bioshock on Survivor difficulty, considering I used the wrench the majority of the time.

Just got one in Mount and Blade.
I have about 30 guys against an army of 200. Thankfully, THEY don't have horses. So we just ride in circles around them taking pot-slashes and massacring them. Unfortunately, they are constantly getting reinforcements and it's a bit hard to keep up. Finally, down to the last 30 enemies or so I realize I'm down to just two or three remaining cavalry because a bunch of my guys have been inevitably dying. Several arrows later, I am the only survivor with 30 spear-wielding, menacing Nords bearing down on me.
If this were happening in real life, this would auto-qualify me for badass of the week.
I stop shooting arrows at the enemy and switch to my axe, despite already being low on health, and then just start charging THROUGH the enemies, knocking them down and swiping their heads off left and right. It takes a long time, but despite being COMPLETELY alone I finished off the entirety of the remaining army.

30 mins ago when I got my first Tactical Nuke in 4 minutes. (Silly Noob Tubers that like running past claymores.)

M16 32 kill streak. No joke. Ground war on Quarry. I was killing people so quickly I didn't even have time to use my streaks. Ok that's not entirely true I got someone with my predator but shush. Of course after I was killed I dropped the nuke( one time out of three so far). If you don't believe me feel free to look me up on xbox live.
