In HL 2 e2 whwn you send that dwarf into space, it's actually more like an achievement than an accomplishment in a game but I really felt proud over it.

Jamming Enma's fang in the head of the last boss in Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 on master ninja difficulty in chapter challenge and getting a master ninja rating too on chapter 17.
Either that or beating Disgaea 3.

First time I beat the Rebel campaign in Star Wars: Empire at War.

God DAMN the Empire covers the Death Star good...
You should have tried Star Wars: Rebellion. Empire was such a dumbed down version.

1000GP on COD4

Finished Gears of War 1 and 2 on Insane by myself. (much easier with a friend)

Almost done with ME2 insanity, I think me and the OP played a different game because I'm finding it bastard hard in some places.

Oh I've got a lot of these:

1) Beating Gears of War 1 & 2 on insane by myself.
2) Beating Modern Warfare on Veteran.
3) Completing every single Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory mission on 100% (no kills, never noticed, etc).
4) Beyond Good & Evil's final boss fight. I GOT YOU, YOU KEYBOARD FLIPPING SON OF A *****.
5) Beating Earthworm Jim. Jesus F*CK that game was hard.
6) Beating Torin's Passage (long time ago, great game)
7) Coming in 1st place on the Heaven/Hell and Nightmare maps in Jet Moto 2
8) Beating the final boss in Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War
9) Playing Mass Effect 2 in 3 days and feeling the exhilaration when I finished.

Beating the original Ghost and Goblins. Still have my cart.

Or being the sole survivor in a TF2 arena match (Ravine), and taking out their last 11 guys.

CoD4:
I was playing on the ship (can't remember any map names) and I got a 10 kill streak, and I'm lucky to get 5 kills without geting killed. I even flanked someone trying to flank me. Also I did it with a sniper, witch I'm normally ok with at best.

Once my friend and I were playing Borderlands, and we only had one life each, and we were both completely out of ammo.

Then I sneak up behind him and gunbutt him in the head.
I assume you're talking about the arena or something...

OT: I completed MW1 and 2 on veteran, probably not my biggest, but it's my most recent.

If you are going to mention Everquest, then I'm going to have to go back to bringing down Vox with 4 level 52's about a year ago. It was WAY touch and go, and of course, would have been impossible back in the old days, but damned I was amazed that we did it.

my tribute to insanity/ tribute to madskill in world of warcraft.

to give you an idea, you take 10 players in the games hardest content and you are expected to complete it without ever having all players die on the same boss. basically no losing. you go in, and win every fight the first time around.

OMG that shit was so stressful, there were parts where i coudlnt even sit down i was standing up and mashing the keyboard with punches because of how stressful it was.

I haven't finished Bioshock 2 yet but the Big Sisters are creepy and it's fun to take them out and just be like "Phew!"
