And don't talk about your mother that way D:< You're grounded mister!
She can't do that - I am a big boy now and so I have my own key and everything!
Young man! We will not tolerate backtalk! Go to your room!

So the fourth choice is basically handing off the original three choices to someone else. Kind of like Shepard asking Joker to decide the fate of the galaxy instead of doing it themselves.

They declined them because they were cupcakes of criticism?

If they fix the ending I'll send them celebratory cupcakes.
I agree. It's quite noble of them to send them off and if they do a bang up job I feel it would be nice if the fans thanked them in some other form (apart from with their wallets obviosuly as we already do that)

Oh wow they got donated to the shelter I used to be in. If I was still there I would likely have gotten one of those.

Or at least I think it's the shelter they donated it to, I can't imagine there are many other youth shelters in this city aside from YESS...

Clever move if you asked me.
Their action now put them in the generous side which is good for the press and no one can argure their decision without coming off as a dick (e.g. an selfish idiot would say "Y U send cakes to homeless kids? You were suppose to eat those cakes we donated to get the message that the ending you made suck!").

Just one thought: when I think of "youth center" I'm thinking of ages 12 - 17.

Mass Effect 3 is still rated M, isn't it?

Did you slam that door young man! That's it! Where's my belt!?
You used it as an emergency replacement when your fanbelt snapped last week, remember?

I told you to take the buckle off first...

OK This is getting battynuts, I'm so drunk I can barely type straight...where were we?

Oh yeah...cupcakes.

It's one of the local YESS, yeah. But they didn't give the teens there the actual game, just the cupcakes.

I was thinking about it right after I posted that. I realized if someone like Quentin Tarantino, someone who made things primarily for adults, gave like a million pillows to underprivileged children instead underprivileged members of his target audience it would be.. I dunno, I think it's wierd. It's not like they can't do that or anything - it's just wierd. "We make games where you can peg a blue alien babe (multiple times) but we also like to give children cupcakes on the weekend", you know - wierd. I know I wouldn't do something like that if I was in their position unless I wanted to be facetious or provoking.

Edit: I don't think they're being either btw, that's why it's wierd.

Well, with most centers the common procedure for getting food from a non-professional kitchen is to just throw them away, I have a feeling those cupcakes I never gonna see the inside of a stomach.

They did come from a professional kitchen though. Which is one of the reasons it costs $1000 for 400 cupcakes.

1000$ bucks for 400 cupcakes?

That means they cost like...

(5 minutes later)

2 and 1/2 dollars each... well I guess that's not too bad.

But still

I can validate that those cupcakes are from a legitimate bakery- I have a friend that lives about 3 blocks away from the place. They make some of the most delicious cupcakes in Edmonton.

This ended better than Mass Effect 3. Clearly after taking over the reapers you should be able to send people cupcakes.

I don't think I'm going to be buying another Bioware/EA game anymore.
Because they didn't accept cupcakes which were sent to them due to people overreacting about a mediocre ending?

Or because people are overreacting about a mediocre ending?
Because I don't feel like supporting a studio with my money for games that I wont play?
