Dude, Shyamalan would be perfect for this movie. His directorial skills are brilliant, it's just his writing sucks. An adaptation would be where he shines.Seekster said:No idea but he pulled off Transformers (more the first movie than the new one) and nobody thought anyone could pull off Transformers and make it good in live action. Considering this I would give Bay the benefit of the doubt on this and lets just all be thankful M. Night Shyamalan isnt involved (at least I dont think he is).AmrasCalmacil said:Michael Bay?
How are killer birds going to explode?
Michael Bay didn't pull off Transformers. The first one was terrible, I walked out of the theater.Seekster said:No idea but he pulled off Transformers (more the first movie than the new one) and nobody thought anyone could pull off Transformers and make it good in live action. That's all well and (argueably) good, but theres a bit of a difference between Transformers and The Birds don't you think?Seekster said:No idea but he pulled off Transformers (more the first movie than the new one) and nobody thought anyone could pull off Transformers and make it good in live action. Jerked off, morelike.Seekster said:No idea but he pulled off Transformers
Seems like you discovered a option how Bay can make explode something in that movie.Seekster said:You see Birds was actually the first Hitchcock movie I saw. Since then I have seen Rear Window and Vertigo. Only Rear Window had a satisfying ending (I wont spoil anything beyond that).
What worries me is that Bay gets the military involved in all of his movies and I really would rather not see the military trying to shoot down birds.
