Holy shit that looks good. but the iron sights does take away from experience.
lolwut. I believe you meant to post that in the Half Life thread...
no. Iron sights ruin every game. they work worse without crowbars though.
...Please say your joking...

How do Iron sights ruin a game? =S
i was joking. i thought the crowbar part would give it away.

... I would be more suprised if nobody was hacking this game to be honest with you. It's almost inevitable actually, as sad as that is.

Fair enough. I've never really understood the point in hacking to level up, isn't half the fun levelling up and getting achievements and the surprise and joy when you coincidently get one. Hacking should just be used for shits and giggles.

What are your thoughts?
The people that make these sell them on as either hacked saves 'upgrade kits' via the web.

There is money to be made from hacks. So however fast you think someone can hack it, the hackers can probably do it faster. It's a good reason to buy PC games though, server admins bring the retribution way faster than Xbox Live can ever hope to.

Or maybe XBL/PSN should work on some kind of peer based moderation system...

Don't know if anyone noticed, it's a Private Match.
I don't think it matters. Pretty sure that the completed challenges/perks apply to all multiplayer modes. Of course, I don't play CoD games now, so I'm not 100% on that.
They don't, they never have since they've introduced the rank system.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA. I knew this would happen eventually..every game gets hacked and even the precious "gem" that's call of duty isn't safe.
I think it would be more accurate to edit your '...and even the precious "gem" that is Call of Duty isn't safe' so that it read '...and especially the precious "gem" that is Call of Duty isn't safe'. The more popular a game is, the more quickly it will be hacked.

More on topic, that was pretty damn quick. (Is the game even out?)
I guess I owe that particular hacker(s) a kudos...

XBl could always ban the people hacking, just like they did with MW2

No matter what game, there will be hackers. That's why there was a big deal regarding dedicated servers for MW2 (And to an extent, Black Ops), because server admins can just boot them almost instantly as opposed to the slow XBL response to banning or VAC banning them.

There will always be hackers so...I really don't care. They can do whatever they want. I'll flag them if they're in my game and leave. Doesn't really bother me.
Same, never found Hackers to be a problem and if they're boosting, well, easy XP for me I guess. XD
Precisely.

And for all the people that complain about hackers in MW2...I have really never ran into more then 3 matches of them throughout ALL of my games. I have over 2 days clocked into it too I think, so...I don't see the huge problem. They seem VERY FEW and VERY FAR between.
I'd have to say that is not at all what my experience with the game was. It was all in good fun at first and while the dual shotguns and witch builds were annoying, I could put up with them. And then, in every other game for weeks, I had to put up with people exploiting the missile glitch. When that finally cleared, it seemed like every third time I'd join a server, I'd be playing with some arbitrary rule set where everyone had unlimited semi-automatic grenade launchers and other silly things. When that finally died down, it was the never ending air support from the crate exploit. And after that, the one man army exploits.

After a few entertaining weeks, I never knew what sort of game I'd be playing. And, after I decided that the strings of terrible rage that resulted from playing against cheaters time and again more than compensated for the occasional string of entertaining games, I took the disc out and couldn't be bothered to play again.

They can and will, but it takes them months to do it and then the bans only affect a percentage. They don't address the problem as well as having someone physically there in the game to push the big ban button and let you get on with having fun.

If you look at the guys comments he says he did it so that Treyarch would fix it. He seems to actually hate when people do stuff like that.
