Black Ops - Did you expect it? *SPOILERS*

It may just be becuase I am slightly naive but I didn't expect it at all, I heard their was a twist. But I didn't expect that Reznov wasn't real the whole time except for the part at Vorkuta. I always wondered why that guy in the Rat tunnels said to Mason, need to keep it together and what was wrong with him. Though it also might have been because I was playing on Veteran and was getting very VERY ANGRY!

So did you guys expect it?

Yea, During the mission where you are going through the tunnels, and he pops out of nowhere.. I guessed it. Since A. The other soldier says "Who the f*ck are you talking to mason?!" At one point. Which i got my first run through the game.

Never saw Fight Club so that might be the reason why I didn't guess it.

I oddly enough did not suspect the plot twist until it was actually revealed. I always thought it was odd how Reznov kept uttering the same words and how no one else acknowledged him was odd.

I have played all of the call of duty games and my favorites are the Modern Warfare series. I didnt enjoy Black Ops (Terrible singleplayer) or World at war at all. But 1 thing they seriously need to change in all the COD games is: the never ending re-spawning enemies (until you reach the next check point) style of game play. That is seriously annoying.

Black Ops: A special forces version of Tyler Durden shooting people in the cold war.

When many, many people were stubbornly insistent that the mole in Hue city is dead, and then it turned out to be someone that could in no way of survived the Vorkuta escape, I was suspicious. It was obvious that there was a twist, and if I know that, I have to try and pick it apart; predict it. So I can't say I was that surprised.
When I started to think that Reznov post-Vorkuta was a figment of your imagination, I started paying attention to his physical actions. Other than various weapons, he doesn't interact with anything. And no-one ever shoots at him during the many firefights. So I kind of worked it out ahead of time. Go me, ruining the story for myself...

I didnt see the plot twist. Not seeing fight club and all, but i did call it.

I said to my friend that the game was schizophrenic in its layout and story. I didn't realise it was literal until the twist.

I didn't expect it, but then again I didn't expect anything in the game. I just took the plot as is, and didn't try to guess anything ahead of time. Although, come to think of it, it made sense how devoted you are to killing Steiner, Kravchenko, and Dragovich.

I found it odd that he kept on popping up all the time but I didnt put 2 and 2 together!

I became fishy as he seemed to survive everything, never get shot at, and just stood there in combat. Then after the twist was revealed, all I could say is, "Those silly Soviets. What will they think of next?"

Honestly? I wasn't really suspicious until the Rebirth Island level where Reznov is telling you kill people with a hatchet. Although I did notice that dick marine in the tunnels. I just got distracted by the fact he was horribly murdered seconds later.

I knew when in the tunnel. Kind of a dead give away there. What I didnt know was the whole rest of the thing. Ill give Treyarch props, Black Ops story is much more interesting than MW2's.

I didn't get it.

At the soldier in the tunnels, I was flickering my flashlight at the time, and thought he was just reacting to that. You could see from a mile away that the interrogator was Hudson, though.

I knew about 2 levels before the reveal. It's kind of pointless when Mason keeps stating, "He never left me! He was always there! WE had to kill him!" Point out something like that out too much and it just becomes obvious.

i didn't realize it at first, but its definately extremely easy to notice when you play through again.

Fight Club is an all time great!
