Ken picked himself off the ground and dusted himself off. He took out Ryukiba and spoke to him mentally.
"You did a great job out there today Ryukiba, I can't wait to see what you're true Bankai is." Ken encouraged his dragon friend.
Ken walked back to the shop and opened the screen door. He was met by many uneasy looks from he other shinigami.
"Hey guys, whats with all the weird faces? You act like you've never synchronized with your Zanpakuto before." Ken laughed as he went to check on Kari. The girl was stirring like she was in a bad dream. Ken sat down on the bed and simply watched her.
"I think its time for you to wake up..." Ken whispered as he shook her gently. "Kari...Kari!"
"Ugh, huh?" she groaned drowsily. she stretched out her arms and yawned loudly. "Wha? oh, hi Ken!"
"Hello to you too." Ken replied as he got off of the bed.
Kari got off the bed and stretched again. "What time is it....Wha!? Its 5:30!!! I've got to get home!"
"Whoa whoa whoa! You aren't going anywhere anytime soon." Ken explained to her.
"What!? Why?"
"Remember that big thing outside the shop that tried to kill me? There are more just like it, and they are all coming after you."
"But still I have to get home and tell my parents!!! They're probably worried sick about me!" Kari barreled past ken and into the main part of the shop where she ran into the rest of the Shinigami. "Oh, hi there..."
"You did a great job out there today Ryukiba, I can't wait to see what you're true Bankai is." Ken encouraged his dragon friend.

Tatsuo sighed. "Land of the Hollows. This should be interesting." His hand lashed out and caught the girl right before she barreled into everyone else, a reaction that was almost instinctive. "Ken!" He barked. "Take this girl back to her home." He looked at the girl. "Look. You saw the creature. Go home, tell your parents some lie about sleeping at a friend's house for a while, and come right back here. Uruhara is a little dodgy, but he'll protect you." Tatsuo looked back to Ken. "Escort her home and come right back here. We're leaving soon for Hueco Mundo."

Ken heard Tatsuo bark from the front room. He sounded pissed, so ken hurried into the front of the shop.
"You heard the man Kari, let?s go." Ken grabbed her arm and beckoned for her to follow him outside.
"Okay." Kari said hastily, being in a room surrounded by powerful Shinigami was quite unnerving to say the least. She followed without question.
Ken opened the screen door and dragged Kari outside. The sun was beginning to set behind the mountains in the distance, bathing everything in golden twilight.
"Hey Ken! You promised me something special if I was able to move that pebble right?" Kari asked as she and ken jumped the steps and landed on the dirt.
"Oh yeah! I did, didn't I?" Ken recalled. He reached into his robes and pulled out Ryukiba, which was in its unreleased hilt form. "Here is your reward, you get to hold my zanpakuto! His name is Ryukiba. He's very kind and playful and loves it when you rub his ears." Ken handed the battered hilt to Kari.
"Gee....Thanks?" Kari wasn't expecting this from Ken. As she took the hilt, she felt something enter her consciousness.
" Hiya! I'm Ryukiba! You must be Kari. Nice to meet you! " An image of a small white dragon sitting on it's hind legs flashed in kari's mind along with Ryukiba's voice.
? Uhh?Nice to meet you too? ? Kari replied mentally.
?Ah! Now that you two have been acquainted, shall we leave?? Ken asked as he bent his knees and gestured for Kari to get on his back.
Kari jumped on his back and prepared to blast off. ?Wait, how do you know what I?m thinking!??
?Haha! Because I can hear Ryukiba?s voice from anywhere. He is my Zanpakuto after all.? Ken laughed as he gathered reishi beneath his feet. ?Where exactly do you live??
?Uh, that way!? Kari pointed to the East part of town. ?About two blocks that way. I?ll tell you which house.?
? Hang on tight Kari, Ken doesn?t usually have passengers. ? Ryukiba joked.
?Alright! 3. 2. 1. LETS JAM!? Ken yelled as he released the pent up reishi and rocketed high into the sky. Seeing Karakura town from a bird's eye view was something Kari had never seen. Trees, buildings, and streets all mingling together to form her hometown. The golden light from the sunset made everything seem so serene, frozen in solid gold.
" Your hometown seems nice and quiet. Is it usually peaceful around here? " Ryukiba asked.
" Yeah, up until a few days ago it was quiet. But then all these weird things started happening. Fire hydrants exploding, buildings mysteriously demolished, and people disappearing. " Kari replied to the dragon.
Thirty seconds later Kari and Ken were standing in front of an apartment complex. "Alright. Wait here, I'll go make up something for my parents." Kari stated quickly as she got off Ken's back and ran up to her apartment. Ryukiba stuck in her dress pocket.
Aoshi was momentarily stunned by the audacity of Brad's plan. Hueco Mundo is a huge a dangerous place. Forget encountering Arrancar, I more concerned about Adjuchas and Vasto Lordes. I suppose he knows what he's doing though. "I'm with you Brad, let's get this show on the road."
Kage got up from where he was sitting and moved over to the edge of the building, looking down at Uraharas shop. After the fight, a large part of him didn't have it to show up in there again. But then Brad had said that once everyone got together they would be leaving, so sooner or later he waited for the chance to walk back in.
For the moment though he just listened as best he could. It was very faint, but he could hear them all talking through the screen door. They were all throwing their support behind Brad and his plan, even though none of them knew what they were getting into. This was way over all their heads, and still they were going in headfirst.

He moved it out of the way, and the slumped back down again, "That could have hurt..." he said to himself, before humming quietly to himself, awaiting Ken's return.
10 minutes later, Kari returned from her Apartment and jumped down the stairs to where Ken was waiting.
"Alright! I'm ready!" Kari announced as she walked over to ken.

While it was amusing to watch him suprise Brad, he really didn't have a taste for this shinigamis exccentricities, and he hadn't forgiven him for the way he force fed him that pill last night either. Plus, where had he been when there was a hollow right outside his own shop?
Whatever the answer, it didn't matter at this point. What was done was done, and now it seemed it was time to head to the hollow world. He had mixed feelings on that, and for a change he didn't hear gleam snickering in the back of his head. That meant two things to him. Sometimes you have to question if working with Urahara is good for your long term health. I suppose it's now or never. Moving forward, he disappeared down the hole just after Kage and found himself in a spacious cavern that could easily be mistaken for a training ground. I guess the rumors were true about this place. Noticing everyone clustered around a portal, Aoshi moved forward to join them before speaking, "So this is the thing that is going to take us to Hueco Mundo? Doesn't look like much."
"While I agree Aoshi, Urahara made it, so its going to at least half work." He smerked.
"I want to go on ahead, but that doesent seem like a good idea..." he pondered.

Evela laughed as he stepped down the hole. He didn't know what he had expected, but a smooth ride was one of them, a smooth ride was not what he got. The back of his heel clipped the back of the hole and he stumbled down face first. He hit a few hings as he finally got the bottom of the pit, putting his hands out and doing a roll as he struck the ground.

"Wow! This place is HUGE!" Ken exclaimed as he descended. His voice echoed off the vast walls of the cave.

He said, folding his arms and waiting for a responce.

"What!? Another hollow!?" Where is it!?" Ken snapped, instantly releasing Ryukiba and holding it in a reverse grip. Ken's eyes darted around the room, trying to find the voice. Ken whipped around and faced Kari, "Kari! Get behind me!" She was about ten feet away from ken.
Kari started running towards ken when a Black portal formed on the ground in front of Kari. Kari stopped inches from the edge of the swirling darkness. A black claw shot out of the portal and grabbed Kari's ankle and dragged her in. "AAAIIIIIIEEEEEEEEE!!! KEEEEEEEEEEN!"
"KARI!!" Ken Screamed as he leaped at the portal extending his arm in a desperate attempt to save Kari. Their hands missed each other by inches. Ken belly flopped on the rock floor as the portal swallowed up Kari and disappeared.
"KARII! NO DAMMIT NO!!! BRING HER BACK!!!" Ken Cried as he stabbed at the ground with Ryukiba. Tears streamed down Ken's face at the realization the Kari was gone. "NOOOOOOO!!!" His screams echoed across the walls of the cave.
"Ken.....Ken.....Do you want to save her?" Ryukiba spoke into ken's mind.
"What! Of COURSE I WANT TO SAVE HER RYUKIBA" Ken Roared in mental anguish.
"Then this is what you must do. You must gain the final level of my power, your Bankai. To do this you must become one with me. You know what you have to do..." The dragon explained to Ken.
"Become.....One?" Ken sniffed between his tears. Ken rose to his feet and looked at Ryukiba with a solemn face. He flipped the blade around and held it in both hands, blade pointing towards his chest.
"I....WILL GET HER BACK!!!" Ken Roared. He plunged the dagger into his abdomen up to the hilt, the curved tip of the blade poking through his back. Ken fell to his knees and coughed up blood. He held himself up with his arms as something welled up inside him...a power that he never knew he had. "Hrk, gah! HRAAAAAAAAGHHH!!!" Ken's voice grew deeper as something inside him changed. A blast of wind ripped off Ken's Tattered robes, leaving him nude in front of all the Shinigami.
Ken's skin went ivory and formed into Hexagonal patches covering his entire body, scales. Ken's spinal column extended into a long tail and his neck nearly doubled in length. His hands and feet formed into claws and talons. Ken's skull elongated into a dragonic shape, his eyes went catlike, teeth became fangs, his tongue became forked, and his ears became sharp. His hair turned bleach white and grew down the length of his neck into a thick mane. Finally, two lumps formed from his shoulder blades and burst forth in the form of two leathery wings, a thin azure membrane between the wing fingers. The handle of Ken's Zanpakuto was still stuck in his abdominal region.
Ken lifted his neck into the air and roared with beastial might. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWRRRRRR!!!!!!" Ken exercised his new body and swept his wings outward and leapt into the air. He hovered in the air with timed beats of his wings and spoke. "KARI!!! I"LL SAVE YOU!!!" He cried in a demonic tone. Ken did a flip in the air and shot at the Shinigami. "GET OUT OF MY WAY OR I'LL KILL YOU TOO!! HRAAAAAWWW!!!!" Ken shouted at the shinigami standing between him and the portal...

Brad looked on as Ken went crazy.
"Ken, calm down, we are not going to indanger the mission because of some stray puppy you found on the street!"
"MOVE!" Ken yelled.
The Dragonoid slashed at Brad, cutting him acrossed the chest and sending him flying into a nearby rock.
He then, without resting, started to flap his wings, Causing Brad to get cut by the very wind.
'Gha... he wsent kidding about trying to kill people...' Brad thought as he made a crater in the ground with his body.

'Dont talk like where dying, now, lets put Ken back in his place!'
Brad crawled out of the creater, his hands dripping blood as he stood up, wraping his arm around his spear, holding it up and pointing it at Ken.
"Ban...KAI!" Brad yelled, slaming the base of the staff into the ground, making lighting strike the blade.
"Izanagi no Kencho Ikazuchi!" He yelled his Bankai's name, it echoing thouhout the whole center, his new white jacket, with many silver buckles attached to it blew in the wind as his twin blades shimmered in the light, Brad pulled a protective masked that rested on his face off, throwing it away, showing Ken he was not afraid of his own Bankai.

The young leader dashed at Ken, breaking his sword into two as he slashed at Ken over 100 times, making the dragonoid stagger back.
"Now Izanagi! Bolt Storm!!!" He yelled, his white outfit causing a after image as he dashed around Ken, slashing at the ground, leaving part of the round hand guard in the ground to act as a lightning rod.
He then jumped into the air, floating in the air, chanling his emmence, new found power into his blades as he crossed them, causing Lighting to erupt from the blades , hitting each lighting rod, the electric energy sent from each blade to the other, causing a Diamond shape with a X in the middle, hitting Ken with a massive electric force unlike any he has ever manafested before.
The leader then flew to the ground droping to a stance that his mentor, Jushiro Ukitaki, tought him, the sword in his left hand pointing at Ken, while his right arm was bent over his head, ready for defence, revealing the Insignia of his squad, the Snowdrop flower, on his sleeves, in a dark teal color.
'i got at least 3 weapons with this bankai, one sword, dule swords, and the double sided spear, these handles are long enough to hold one with both hands. Ill do what i need to so I can protect my team, and to See Kiri again, even if that means I have to take down a Teammate.' Brad thought, channeling his reshi thoughtout his whole body to increse his speed and strength even more if he needed to.
"Last chance Ken! Get out of your Bankai NOW!" He yelled, the handguards flying back into Brad's blades.
"STAND DOWN LANGSTON!"
'if that doesent take him down... I dont know...' Brad thought.
"So, this is the Bankai of Brad Hiburi." Urahara said outloud, holding his and up to his chin.
"Should we help him out?" The little red headed child asked, holding a Oni like club in his hands.
"Give Brad some time, this is the first time he has used his Bankai, he could use some practice." Urahara smiled.
