Alright, now that I have your attention I was wondering if any of you had already seen the new Prey 2 trailer. If not watch below:

Does anyone else think that looks freakin' amazing. I mean I know it's CGI, but just the concept sounds like heaven to me. But what about you escapees, are you gonna hunt down alien scum, or are you gonna sit this one out. How excited are you for Prey 2.

But prey 2 looks really good and I really want it.

Trailers... how i hate thee. Yeah, the concept sounds neat, but a lot remains in execution of gameplay. Good bounty hunter game should have all the aspects like tracking down, confronting, catching up and capturing, with a good pacing of the chase. If it ends up as a cover based shooter where you have to stop every 5 steps at the nearest chest-high object just to clear out some baddies it won't be nearly as fun.

Looks pretty alright. Although is there any reason wh the alien is swearing and has a Mexican accent? It sounds like he's running a drug cartel across the USA-Mexico border.

And for the record.... I fucking loved Bounty Hunter.

I'm just wondering what this has to do with the original title (being prey)
mind you, the original wasn't anything spectacular, but seeing some continuity might be nice.

I don't see the problem here, true it is not in the Star Wars universe, but it is quite close to how Bounty Hunter could have been. If the title had said Prey 2 instead of Boba Fett I wouldn't have looked and would have missed a possibly excellent game.

Well, it just seemed like a transparent attempt for the thread to get lots of views/posts to me. If the title had Prey 2 somewhere in the title I'd be more generous. It just kind of irks me when half of my threads are buried with no replies, yet ones with misleading titles get dozens upon dozens.

How about you grow up and get a handle on your jealousy. The thread title is misleading, sure, but instead of criticizing, perhaps you might use this same tactic (albeit more honestly, shame on you OP). You can even bump your own threads so they stay current. Any bile you have for the OP is unjustified, childish envy. No one is harmed and those of us that actually watched the trailer got a sweet-ass treat.

Wow looks awesome. Bethesda too? Good sign. Trailers can be misleading, though. It could really go either way. I can imagine an awesome bounty hunting game, but I could also see so many ways it could go wrong, like adding too much of a story and not enough freeroam. But, again Bethesda...
