Now, I adore Bungie (I'm typing this on my phone while in Reach's matchmaking lobby), but seriously? Kotick, I used to think you were just a dick, but now I'm starting to wonder whether you suffer from some actual mental disability.

I'm not even going to bother listing all the other awesome independent* developers out there; you all know who they are. Now, I'm going to get on with my game, while looking forward to when Gearbox announce Borderlands 2, Valve finally get around to releasing Episode 3 (and, in the mean time, Portal 2), and Bethesda put out New Vegas (it may be developed by Obsidian, but damn do I love me some Fallout).


*And yes, Bungie are still independent - that deal with Activision is a single franchise publishing agreement for a franchise that Bungie will retain full intellectual property rights to.
