I just wonder, how can a big studio like Bungie be called independent when they sign a contract with a publisher like Activision, or any other big name in the industry on that matter.

Indie means you either publish yourself using the internet or join with other indie studios to help each other out promoting stuff you make, depending more on fan appreciation rather than aggressive marketing and steady revenues.

Oh well, i guess for people like Bobby anything that doesn't make 100 million dollars a day is indie...

Anyway, Kotick is amazingly awesome. Everything he says is so ridiculous that I never see it coming. I mean he can jump from selling cutscenes to insulting every indiedeveloper ever fluently. How does he come up with this shit?
