I dunno how true it can be, especially after that one ep of Nip/Tuck where columbian hookers were sneaking heroin across in their implants. If they didn't die from the explosion on the plane, their pimps would hunt them down for not delivering.

I know you were all wondering. Her life was saved so she could live the rest of it with horrible back pain! A fair trade off I suppose.
