Borderlands 2: What Gun Manufacturer will you use the most?

Speaking of which, Torgue shotguns look like the greatest thing in the history of ever. They fire rockets. Multiple rockets. 10 or so rockets per shot. How is that not amazing!?

Maliwan. I always loved maliwan guns. Gotta love insane amounts of elemental damage.

And I will obviously use tediore too, due to their reloading hilarity.

That depends entirely on the type of weapon

Revolvers/SMGs, I want Maliwan, something with high elemental effect.

Sniper rifles, I want a Jakobs or an Atlas.

Everything else is a case by case basis.

Atlas went bust after the events of General Knoxx's Armory, so they are no longer in existence in Borderlands 2.

I'm going to use whatever is necessary. Doesn't matter the brand, only if it can get the job done. More than likely, however, I'll tend to favor Bandit guns as I like having a large clip for my weapons.

If the gun companies are anything like the last game I will be switching constantly but probably end up holding on to Maliwan (and obviously Atlas) the longest.

"Is shooting bullets just not cool enough for you? Buy a Maliwan and light some people on fire!"

I mean, increasing accuracy or throwing stuff as you reload is cool and all, but actual gun efficiency trumps it.

I am pretty sure stuff like what guns shoot gyro jets, which guns you can lob like grenades and so on has reason to care about what company does what, and efficiency comes in multiple different ways depending on what kind of efficiency you want. Like do you want guns that make every shot count? Guns that shoot a lot? Guns with lots of elemental damage?

I guess picking up any gun you see could make for an interesting play through though.

OT: I can't remember what manufacturer I like most, but the explosive/acid shotguns are always a safe bet, with me.

O.T. Eh I am more of a stats and how it shoots I'm not gonna use an smg that that shoots bullets in circles however I'll use the double anarchy and shoot an automactic shotgun

Definitely Jakobs for shotgun and probably sniper rifle. Hyperion for an SMG (if I can find it), and rotate in whatever else seems fun at the time, probably Torgue or Tediore.

I already plotted out my levels for my first run through, and now you guys have me planning a loadout. Just two more days.
