Borderlands 2: What Gun Manufacturer will you use the most?

Personally my weapon of choice is the combat rifle, close to a sniper, but with enough rapid fire to do a hell of a lot of damage.
As for who makes them, Dahl and Hyperion would have to be my favourite brands.

It's going to depend greatly on what drops, and how I'm playing my character. Every time I actually thought to look at my current set of weapons for their manufacturer, there never two of the same in my weapon slots. The only one I cared for as a company was Maliwan, but that's because it's easy to spot them since they are elemental.

In Borderlands 1 I was Mordercai (mostly using pistols and repeaters). I found that Maliwan and Atlas made the best pistols

I had a Pearl Aries pistol in Borderlands 1 which did transfusion (like the grenade mod) and electric damage . best pistol eva.

Well, in Borderlands I collected golden Jakobs sniper rifles, never used them I just kept the coolest looking ones, but as for using?

I have no preference, as long as I have a high RoF, accurate, burst fire MG, very high powered revolver and a descent sniper rifle. And maybe a hyper fast SMG?

vladov ofc. most imba manufacturer there is XD highest ammo count in one drum, highest rate of fire, and if you search carefully enough you can find vladov guns that have IT ALL
reasonable accuracy, max fire power, 60 bullet drum and dazzling damage: OUCHY

hell the first boss was a few seconds of holding the trigger for me XD
he was sa pushover though. only downside> ammo consumption you NEED a HEAVY ammo regen abillity

Actually, I ended up using almost entirely Maliwans in my main Borderlands playthrough and I'm planning on starting Siren in Borderlands 2. So it'll probably be a lot of Maliwans!

I am probably the only one out there who cares that they removed S&S Munitions from the second game -- for those who don't remember (probably almost all of you), they were the ones whose guns were always bright yellow, generally looked clean and sleek and their thing was that their guns always had more ammo (which is now the thing Bandit weapons have, so its not necessary so they removed S&S from the game) as well as the second highest chance of elemental effects (after Maliwan).

S&S was DA BEST, mainly based on looks, because in Borderlands 1 all guns were fucking hideous, however in its absence I will be going mainly for Maliwan, because elemental effects are fun, with a bit of hyperion on the side, cuz that's HIGH QUALITY SHIIIIT

Stats over logos.

Logos add stats. Some people like the stats associated with one logo more than those associated with another. Then there's Tediore, which is probably going to work really well for me since I'm one of those types that ALWAYS reloads early.

I am fairly sure I heard that if you reload early you lose the ammo in the chamber (for lack of a better word). The upside is that you get a bigger explosion. The video is the PAX prime one when you have to help Mordecai. However, I have imposed a self ban on viewing any more BL2 videos, so I can not back that up

I would prefer a Atlas Munitions weapon, but they are not returning for Borderlands 2.

If I were able to get away with it, I'd pick Jacobs for everything.

I played Siren as my main in the first Borderlands... so it's a huge surprise that I'm going w/ Maliwan so I can light some people on fire with my Volcano sniper and Hellfire smg or after I hit 69 my Tsunami smg

Well, more grenades and more power in those grenades means more people die faster, and that's always a good thing, right?

I'm planning on playing a siren so I want to try and use mostly, if not all Maliwan weapons.
And besides, just look at their ad, it looks amazing!
