Repent for your sins now for you will be flamed!

I'm gonna have to say Farcry2 was pretty boring, felt alot like grinding, you ended up clearing the same camp like 30 times...and the AI is suposed to be good!

If they were smart they wouldn't be hanging out there "Hey guys theres a bunch of corpses here, seems like a pretty good place to be"

The sims doesn't count, it's not a game since it doesn't have any gameplay. It's basicly a sopa-opera simulator for people that can't enough of that. At least i can't see any other reason to play it :/
It's meant to be a simulation game... you might have guessed from the name?

You create a virtual person, see how their virtual life goes, etc...
Yeah but most simulator games have some sort of gameplay challenge while the sims have none. You can't see how their life goes because literally everyone can make any character mess up school and develop a drinking problem but still straighten up and get a Ph. D in chemistry and win a nobel prize. And as far as simulations goes that's nowhere near realistic as i presume most people will agree. It also dumbs it down far too much since you basicly don't have any responsibilities except eating, basic hygiene and showing up for work and that's not simulation that's the precise opposite of a simulation. There's no sense of achievement and it's not realistic therefore it's neither a simulation or a game.

Let me rephrase myself. It's an artistic, non-linear simulation.

Sims.

I can't HONESTLY find anything entertaining in that game, except for setting the house on fire or making people drown in the pool.
I have to agree! :p

I used to love this game, I'd spend hours on it, doing bugger all on it but making the family hate each other, burning the house down or be-friending the roaming badgers or stray cats.
But I still can't believe they are making games for this series, surely it should have ended by now?!

You can pretty much regard the majority of games for the wii boring. Do we really need another 'Mario Party'? Seriously guys. If it's not a Mario game it's a bloody movie game...

Any sports game really. Why simulate something you could easily do for real in the back yard?

i find that boring games (if made correctly) expect you to sit back and think about your next move. Giving you more control and giving different challenges. That being said, one of the most boring games that i did not enjoy is Fallout 1 and fallout 2. I was biased because of Diablo series at the time, and i couldn't wrap my head around all those numbers.

The "random" enemy encounters in the Final Fantasy games bore me to tears. Walk ten paces, get jumped by an enemy, rinse, repeat.

Why won't they just f#ck off and leave me alone for a while!

Tell that to 400 lbs people that have dinners, lunchbreaks, brunches, and second lunchbreaks in McDonald, then in KFC.
