Well, the kid's only 14. From a legal (and if i know my friends, realistic) standpoint, he is not mature enough to make the decision we deem correct. plus, he's under a lot of stress. Let's see: Stress + immaturity = Not the best course of action. I certainly don't support this action, but i certainly can see the line (in the loosest sense possible) of thought this kid took.

And about the knife throw, he's a kid. how many teenagers that age know the physics behind throwing objects? Did he know how to properly throw the knife? I sure as hell don't. And i'm 16.
