I like gingers, as long as they're cute though and not annoying.

"This was out of left field for us," said Taylor, pointing out that the students under investigation had not been in trouble before. Some were given five-day suspensions -- the maximum allowed under state education rules -- and had already written letters of apology to the victims, she said.

"They're all good kids," she said. "They just made a very bad choice."
BULLSHIT.

Talk to them, discipline them, find out what the hell is wrong.

Why all the hate for gingers? What did we ever do to you?
Because according to the show you don't have souls and as we all know everything Cartman says has to be true right?

God, is there anyone on the planet who thinks that south park isn't the second coming of Christ?

OT: who here thinks that something like south park, a very violent, adult show, should be controlled and showed at a later hour than most shows. I'm not saying it should be banned, just not on every twenty minutes on comedy central.

Oh man, some people are thick, I think we should start a "kick a idiot" day world wide sometime next year
Tell me the date. I will have a lot of people too kick at my school.
OT: I think that the kids really shouldn't be watching South Park at that age. I have seen that episode before and it did not mention anything about kicking ginger kids. I have many ginger friends and I am not going to go out of nowhere and just kick them.

I think we should have a "kick those idiots" day where we beat all those idiotic boys up.

I don't like South Park, but really? Don't blame the show.

Heres an idea, maybe 12 and 13 year olds shouldent watch shows ment for adults
These children didn't do this because they watched South Park and were 12/13. These children did this because they were idiots.
Not that South Park was helping or anything like that.

And unlike the rest of us, idiots never disappoint. We can always expect them to be idiots

I think I might have a better idea. Perhaps children shouldn't be retarded and violent towards people who don't want to be assaulted.

What appalls me is the principal's comment of "These are good kids who just made a mistake."

Um... What? If beating people up for what they look like doesn't make you a bad kid then what the hell does? I went to elementary school, and I sure don't remember many "good kids" at all, much less ANY good kids who'd beat up someone because of what they read or saw on the internet, or beat someone up period. That's what makes them a good kid. What they won't do, not whatever bullshit they feed to adults(I could cry on cue at 12, trust me, these kids know how to bullshit). I remember a lot of petty creeps, bullying creeps and marginally better emotionally fragile creeps.

Thing is, that episode was meant as satire. I've seen that and I got the meaning immediately. Problem is not the episode (the Canadian guy who said that the show contributes nothing to society-you can say the same thing about just about any entertainment), it's that these kids were too thickheaded to actually get the meaning of the episode.

Also, they're overreacting way too much for just a bruise. Anyone with a sibling knows this.

So overall, it's just the media and parents overreacting and being sensationalists. What else is new.
