So I was playing the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 demo, and something odd happened. I got a kill- with a defibulator. So that got me thinking- there's quite a bit of seemingly non-lethal stuff in games that can kill.

So, I ask, what is the least weapon-y thing you have used to kill someone in any game? It could be a defib like I said, or a Care Package in MW2. The possibilities are endless!
No u can actually kill people with defibrillators in real life.

The Regenerator in Red Faction: Guerrilla actually does quite a bit of damage to enemies, despite it's intended use.

A jack-in-the-box that spits fire. Extrodinarily like the one MTV used to use back in the day when their programing didn't suck.

Super Stimpacks in Fallout 2. The best way to kill an enemy, when you do not want his/her allies to turn against you.
People say drugs are bad but then how are you supposed to kill the president?

I remember in FF2 (American port, GBA), if you used a healing spell (cure, Curaga, etc, etc) on a zombie ("undead" type enemy), if damages them
In warcraft 3, I used a healing spell to heal my zombie allies, but it is able to kill non-undead targets.
Healing spells hurting undead is a grand tradition going all the way back to the origins of DnD so I think it's in a few games.

I always remember the health axe the Medic was given in the original Team Fortress, back when it was just a mod for quake and not an official anything. For some reason, trying to hack a friends head off with the weapon inevitably resulted in an improvement in their condition. Against an enemy it wasn't at all axe like and instead caused a bizarre, communicable tropical illness that could only be cured by another beating with an axe.

If somebody shocks you with a defibrillator in reality your heart will stop and you will die.

A paper Fan in Tales of Symphonia.

I was killed by a corpse in Fallout 3. A physics glitch make the body jiggle and dance because it was stuck in the ground. I walked up to it and it suddenly loosed itself from the glitch and flew at me at several hundred miles per hour, killing me.

In Dead Space I killed a zombie with an avalanche of furniture and junk I had collected throughout the level.

You are my hero! I tried to huck chairs and whatnot at them for giggles but it didn't seem to do much.
