A couple of years ago when Screwattack were constantly playing and talking about Predator on the NES, I grabbed myself a copy. I found one used and, complete for a good price and within a week of having bought it I had beaten it! In an indirect way, I grabbed Total Recall as well. This was shortly before AVGN's Schwarzenegger games episode.
Beneath a Steel Sky doesn't technically count since I downloaded mine for free off of GOG. It's still one of those games that I think PC gamers are required by their golden, gaming laws to play.
I'm going to blame gamer peer-pressure on all of the 3D Mario games I've grabbed that aren't 3D Land and 3D World (once that's out). Nothing against Mario 64, Sunshine, Galaxy and, Galaxy 2 but the first two bored me to tears and it took a couple of tries before I really (REALLY) got into Galaxy.
