Well, let's put it like this: removing all the caffeine from my body would do more harm than removing all the blood. I practically run on coffee, but I'm cutting down on it (Christ, that's what addicts say!).
I drink a cup of tea every once in a while, but that's about it. I have a problem with putting any drugs in my body be it caffeine, antibiotics or even panadol.
No I don't and several cups a day.
Gives me jitters if I have Too much but that's it, no heart problems or anything honhest also occassionally means I don't use punctuation when speaking.
I know from experience that it can be a problem if you are sensitive. There's a good reason why I don't drink caffeinated drinks after six oclock unless I'm looking for nightmares and a very rough night. Caffeine late on in the day for me equals insomnia and disrupted sleeping patterns. Of course, this may be because I have the worlds stupidest internal clock, which seems to be naturally nocturnal and given to hissy fits (I'm often suddenly tired during the day or wide awake having woken up at 1AM naturally.)
