Call of Duty 7 is probably going to have subsciptions

I still see MW2 as a lack luster story recycling the original with a broken multiplayer experience. Special Ops is fine but not worth a full game price.

I see the next to be the same, likely the same engine and everything just different setting but same shit Tuesday.

I'm not sure exactly why they'd be charging a subscription fee for the next game considering how similar the last three have felt. Unless they were re-building it from the ground up, which I doubt they'd do because they're pulling the whole "shit out a game every year" thing.

Never bought Treyarch's versions, and me and a few others (we like to play on PCs, what freaks!) were told to fuck off by Activision and IW.

So yeah, won't be buying.

The casuals who play CoD and Fifa won't pay for a subscription anyway - so I don't know how they think this will work.

And by the time they get to CoD 8 the game will come with a USB plugin device that kicks you in the crotch and laughs at you whenever you kill something. Then in CoD 9, the first time you start the game up after install it automatically takes out a massive insurance policy in your name paying out to Activision then causes your computer to explode, killing you.

Well, that might actually balance out killstreaks.

Honestly, they are pushing to become more of a disliked corporation than EA.

Ot: I remember Call of duty 2, where you only had to buy the game,and it had an awesome soundtrack... and multiplayer was about having fun, not trying to get a fancy scope on your generic assault rifle. But subscriptions pull it too far. Good bye Call of duty, It's been a good run.
