As far as I can tell, the price of the game in each country has nothing to do with DLC. Look, they can charge whatever they like for whatever they want. They worked hard on it, thought it was better to put that on the disc and offer a 300kb download and you have the nerve to complain about it?

I was also exaggerating to get my point across. I noticed you were asking for free content that the developer has deemed to be unnecessary to the actual game. It's a little extra that they made and are asking extra money for. Whether it is on the disc or not is irrelevant.
You bought the license to the game on the disc, not the license to the DLC (ULC).
