I've only ever watched 2 anime franchises, Gundam and Dragonball.

Dragonball GT may be a good choice, since Dragonball is kinda perverted and Dragonball Z is more action packed nonsense.
Gundam Wing is both action packed with a romance sub-plot.

Besides those 2 recommendations, I have none.

For only seeing two differant animes, in my op you saw the best.

I personally like Full Metal Alchemist, and Bleach. Bleach has a little love romance in it. However Love Hina has a good amount of romance in it. Tenchi Muyo has fighting and romance in it also. Do quote on if you like this and/or you choose any of these =D.

Golden boy is perverted somewhat but there is so much hilarious.
It is worth it. They are like all on Youtube.
Also Great Teacher Onizuka was pretty funny and less perverted.
