I thought this was going to be a request at first.

Then I realized you wanted opinions. Here's mine:

"Meh."

I would be worried about it unless A) you were aroused sexually or B) people start saying mean things to you.

There's far worse things out there than your story.

I'd say at most it just seems a bit weird, totally understandable, but weird. I wouldn't go as far as calling you a pervert though (unless you were my friend and I used it as a way of making juvenile jokes).

Having just been on the thread about sexuality, im curious as to if your worried about sharing a bed with someone of the same sex... What about sharing the bed with a young child or even 2 whom you are babysitting.

Im 19, but last year i used to babysit my neighbour's 2 kids a lot. The oldest was 11 and the youngest was 7yrs old. Both used to like sleeping beside me in my room, and my mum would be in her room. Obviously i never laid a hand on them nor had any intention seeing as i treat and love them like brother and sister to me, not only that but to be honest, i hated sleeping beside them because id often end up battered and thrown off the bed before morning, but the kids insisted on me sleeping beside them.
However one of the girl's friends lives in the same street and her mum thinks its inappropriate and you can tell from her attitude that she seems to think im some sort of pervert.

Can you honestly call someone a pervert for this??
Not perverted, but I suggest you cut that out if you don't want to end up with a buggery case in the future. Should one of those kids get older and decide to fuck you over by claiming you sexually abused them, it will go to court, regardless of whether they have evidence or not. A friend of mine is going through that right now, some drug-addicted criminal who he supported in the Big Brothers program years ago came forward and claimed some shit. Not only has this guy been in prison before, but he's been charged with lying to the police. And the case is still going to trial.

No, but with the pedophile witch hunts raging across the world, it's best to avoid any situation that carries unfortunate implications.
This guy's got the right idea, I've been told by high school teachers to never take up teaching and never to be alone in a room with a student, because eventually some little asshole is going to try to claim something.

No that's not being perverted. I drilled a hole in the weight lifting room in my gym so i could see everything that goes on in the women's locker room. Classic case of voyeurism, or better yet, me being my version of a pervert, an oppurtunistic horn-dog?

Nothing wrong with it provided you don't do anything to them (which from the sounds of it you didn't) Buuuut you can see where she's coming from, and to be honest with you most people would have the same reaction...so if I were you I'd try and stop doing it to avoid the torches and pitchforks

It's a little bit weird. But then I suppose the rules are different for girls.

Still, I wouldn't let a stranger (girl or boy) sleep in the same bed as my kids.

its a bit of a trick question. its innocent but its a bit of a pickle to try to explain to other people. as long as the parents knew this as well as your own then I don't think there's any harm done. Personally, its just a matter of trust at the end of the day.

Nope, but if I were you I'd do everything to stop them doing that. I'd find it uncomfortable (both socially and Physically)

Can you be called a pervert/paedophile:

Have you touched them inappropriately: NO
Have you THOUGHT about touching them inappropriately: NO
Do you seem like an individ....you get the idea.

Provided you don't do anything to them, how you be considered a pervert.

Go and say to her that you'd do nothing of the sort, that you are an upstanding individual and that it's the children's idea. If she doesn't come to understand, just turn the other cheek.

Of course not,, they're the ones "battering" you... if it were the other way round it would be a tad wrong

Don't forget the fact that little kids will crawl into your bed with or without your permission and you if actually want to sleep, you'll let them.

I see no problem with it...
...unless you're a 40 year old man dressed in a suit to be disguised as a 19 year old, because being around little children in intimacy makes you feel young...
I seem to have gone off topic a bit, so yeah, you're not a pervert.
