I saw this was a Skyrim thread so this looked like a perfect place to find someone that could help me out.

I've just started a new character, an orc beef cake. I've made her very good in smithing and can make Dwarven stuff. Orcish is said to be next in the skill tree. Is that wrong?

I can make Orc weapons supirior already (not just fine) when I imporve them. Didn't check if I can make the weapons and armor itself. Is that a bug? Or perhaps just a mistake in the game?

Maybe it's a racial ability or something?

Ok, really, stop posting threads about Skyrim. I know, Skyrim is a great game, yes, I to love the Elder Scrolls series, and I´m getting Skyrim as soon as I can, but when every 5 minutes I see a thread saying "What´s your equipment on Skyrim?", "What's your background on Skyrim?, "Imperials or some faction" Iada, iada, iada, I just think "how is it possible to post so many threads about one thing?". By no means stop expressing your love for what seems to be an excellent game, but can we please stop filling the Escapist forums about it? Bethesda and the game itself have their own forums, ya know?

Seriously, guys, the world doesn't revolve around the dang game. Every other topic (excluding this one) is Skyrim-related. When will it end?

This thread is easily one of the worst of the Skyrim threads as it is one of the only ones that has repeated the same topic as before. At least the others had variety, even if it was just discussing the amount of cheese you'll eat before it's release.

So sir, I'm not sure you quite grasp the irony of the situation. Not only have you created ANOTHER Skyrim thread, you also mirrored a good 5 or so other Skyrim related threads that have said the same thing. *slow clap*

OT: It's a great game with a vast amount of detail and variety = lots to discuss. I think we'll be seeing these threads for quite some time to come.

I'm sure I've seen more of these threads than threads about the actual game. Every popular game does this, it's like some sort of never ending, shitty loop. The escapist can be odd sometimes. It's really not hard to ignore certain threads though, you just don't read them. I don't understand what's so hard about that, but then again, maybe I'm doing it wrong, and should make a thread on everything I disagree on? Because that's obviously the best thing to do right? Grumble grumble.

I'll admit that I'm a little tired of all the Skyrim talk. It seems like any conversation I have with a gamer, Skyrim will come up. I've never had any experience with Elder Scrolls to know much about it or even get excited for the new one. So it makes those conversations fake to me because everyone tells me how great it is and I fake interest but try to steer the topic to something I at least know something about other than just the name and general themes/genre of it.
