Can you cook?

I can cook some asian dishes myself, and some lasagna.

I only recently learned how to turn on the stove and oven and how to boil water without killing myself or releasing heaps of gas into the house, which is what I did the first time I tried to boil water. I can now make toast, instant noodles, and anything that doesn't involve actual heat or sharp things.

I'm pretty good at baking though. I like making cookies and pastry puffs, and I occasionally make cakes too.

I took three years of Culinary Arts in High School. This has given me both cooking ability and knowledge of ingredients and techniques. But, my ultimate skills come from my MacGyver-like ability to combine random ingredients to create something edible; and this ability has served me well in College. Yes, I can cook very well.
