I like to think I'm a good cook. On different occasions I've made pasta, various egg dishes, salads, cookies and brownies, bread (not as tough as it's made out to be), pancakes.
Of course, I prefer to make dishes that are really fast to make since by the time I'm in to mood to eat I don't want to be cooking too long to make it. So this translates to a lot of sandwiches (elaborate sandwiches, at times. I'm growing fond of the BLT), eggs, pasta, and stir-frys.
