Well, it also says the 3rd character has sex regularly but gets checked up afterwards, so I don't really think the game is pro-abstinence, it's just about actual facts about sex. The reason the Catholic schools banned it is probably for that reason though (most of these Catholics will be conservative, therefore pushing an abstinence only agenda instead of a safe sex one) and because it says that masturbation won't make your palms grow hair or make you go blind.
The game was absolutely hilarious though.
