It's understandable to be afraid of this sort of thing, and I'm sure you're sick of hearing "get to a doctor", but the sooner you get it checked out, the sooner you'll be able to rest easy. If it does turn out to be cancer, then that's the sooner you'll be able to seek treatment.

Seriously, the chances of one of us being a medical professional is low. Even if one of us was a doctor, we'd tell OP the same thing. Go see a doctor.

If they are ...how did my teacher put it... pea shaped, Yes you probably have some tumors down there. Go to a doctor. Like yesterday! You need that fixed. Don't think we're going to laugh at you, this is serious.
If you're lucky you caught it early and can just remove the nut in question. Look you got a spare so just live with the fact you may only have one, rather then not telling anyone and loosing both

If this is what I think it is, you have nothing to worry about. I looked this up out of erm..."curiosity" *cough cough* and if they're a kinda pinkish colour and on the outside, they're just hormonal imbalances to do with some glad and they take the form of lumps. Nothing fatal at all, but I still think you should see a doctor.

Anyway, I'd say it's nothing since I used to have a strange lump on my left testicle for a while then it just went away, but if you're really concerned, just go to your doctor.

This post was great. I did LOL, I swear. The first half anyways, though the second one was informative.
