Honestly, I used to work at a hospital and I'm big on biology and stuff, so from your limited information in the OP, I'd highly suggest you see a doctor or get a physical.

Lumps on the testicles don't always mean cancer, but in the unfortunate event that it is, the sooner you find it, then better. It'll only get worse if you let it progress untreated. If it does turn out to be cancer, you are very lucky you found it before it started to affect your health.

Hope everything goes okay for you.

Your testicles aren't smooth like an egg or something, they're kinda like a long tube scrunched into a ball. There are glands and pipe fixtures and electrical outlets and whatnot on them so I would say don't worry too much. Mine have a few anomalies as well, but I can't really speak for anyone else's sack. See a doctor to be safe so you won't be worried.

I'm so sorry, I can't stop giggling like a little girl at this:

I'm so sorry mate, hope you can forgive me.

Serious note, see a Doctor, or tell your parents that you need to see a Doctor for 'growing up reasons'.

Wait a minute.

This sounds like a troll.
Why would any sane person ask a forum. What answer would they expect besides "go to a doctor"
