Care to recommend some PSP games?

Alrighty, planning on getting a PSP sometime soon. Care to suggest some games for me? My favorite genres are RPGs and Survival Horrors, but I'm open to just about anything as long as it isn't a sports or racing game.

Iv only played Guilty Gear Judgment on the PSP but it was a lot of fun.
The controls still worked smoothly on the PSP.

That's a pretty sweet list already, but you'll need to grab Persona 3, and Ys Seven is actually good as well. Plus there are several decent classics you can grab on PSN.

...I've actually wanted to ask something like this as well... Nobody around here has PSP games to suggest. Either a console-only or DS player.

...If you want RPGs, you could get Star Ocean: The First Departure and the Second Evolution, remakes of Star Ocean 1 and 2... You could also try Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis, or as it was ported, Mana Khemia: Student Alliance.

Or you could mod it and put SNES/Genesis/GBA emulators on there, like I've done.

I second this. Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, if you can get into the game will eat your hours forever. What is also said is true, the game is difficult, devilish solo and darn fun with friends but all the content IS soloable. Just hard, and believe you me there is a craptonne of content. over 500 hours worth at least, if you're willing to put the effort in.

Persona 3:FES is the best version of P3, when it comes to content.

Persona 3 Portable has the better battle system, it's more refined like P4's was.

Well, Crisis Core is one I've been wanting since it came out, so you can't really sway me on that. But what's wrong with Acid 1 and 2?

I highly recommend Valkyria Chronicles 2. It's a strategy rpg, but not as you know it.

But what's wrong with Acid 1 and 2?

Simply put, it isn't Metal Gear.

Unsimply put:
1) It isn't canon.
2) Snake isn't the same, or is he????

3) None of the other recurring MG characters are in it.
4) The gameplay is completely different from every other Metal Gear

So basically, unless you want to get a Metal Gear game that has nothing in common with other Metal Gear games (except a main character named "Snake") then do not buy this game.

EDIT: And I said you should avoid Crisis Core because its a frustrating, confusing, button masher. These flaws can only be overcome by intense love for FF7, which I do not have.
