The opening theme from GTA 4 for my text messages. For picture messages its the tone from Zelda that plays whenever you open a chest or something. And for calls its "You know my name" by Chris Cornell
My Cell Phone Ringtone is the Theme Song to Army of Darkness, that Evil Chorus chanting you hear in the beginning of the movie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VlrrNbZNPTs
Having had Linchpin by Fear Factory for the last year and a half, my ringtone has gone from Down in Mexico by The Coasters (the song Butterfly gives Stuntman Mike a lapdance to in Deathproof) to Do the Evolution by Pearl Jam =D
It used to be Walk, by Pantera, but my phone's speakers made it sound like hell, so I changed it to a normal phone noise. Having said that, it's nearly always on vibrate anyway, as a loud ringing sound always scares the shit outa me.
I got really happy when the Escapist music library started, which meant I could have the Doomsday Arcade theme as ringtone and Zero Puntuation intro as my text tone.
Right this minute I have the Silent Hill theme as my main ringtone, with the Silent Hill Siren as my text message ring, and the Doctor Who theme when my girlfriend sends me a text, and "Shippin' up to Boston" for when a couple of my friends send me a text. It's nice to know who's calling or texting me without looking at my phone. Handy for busy days at work or when driving.
When appropriate, mine is an audio file of an M1 Garand, .30-06 Springfield, firing eight rounds rapidly then the sound of the "En-Bloc" clip being ejected from the internal magazine.
My phone just vibrates when I get a text, and when I got a call I used to just have a general ring. But I downloaded the ZP theme tune and use that now.
