Change ONE thing about the world.

Give the Human Race the ability to freely alter their forms, with a few select limitations: 1. You can't change species, 2. Your form has to remain at least 80% human, and 3. You need to know what you're changing and how if you want it to come out correctly.
The third is in place to allow for the creation of stuff like wings or gills, because in order to make such a change you'd need full knowledge of how those things work, how to integrate them into your own system, and possibly what other things you'd have to sacrifice from your own body to get the new stuff to function properly.
Basically, in addition to effectively removing "ugly" and "fat" people from the world (I am of the latter, so don't think I'm doing this under some sort of "I'm perfect so everyone else should be" bias), this ability would emphasize learning more about ourselves and the world around us in order to use it effectively. I could go the easy route and just make the ability magically alter our bodies to whatever we can imagine, but I feel making people learn, even if it's for the sole purpose of making them look cooler/sexier/whatever, just feels like a much better idea.

Umm, the corner store is a little farther away from my house because I need the exercise, that's it really.
It would be cool if one could rewind their life/time up to 10 seconds and do the same scenario/experience and approach it in a different way. This capability has a limit, of course, and you can only do it once every 10 hours. That way, it doesn't ruin any kind of tactical or practical advantage.
Remove all political weight of any religion. Yeah, you heard me. Now religion and politics have no idea what each other are; you're allowed to practice whatever religion you want now, as far as the state is concerned you're not doing anything, but if practising your religion breaks laws then you're fucked.
On a larger scale: now there's no more religious wars based on land grabbing. Religion no longer cares about politics so it doesn't want to rule a country, it has no idea what a country even is. Also my news feed is no longer filled with Kony bullshit because he isn't trying to instil a theocratic Uganda any more.
