Luckily, in Civ 5, so long as you don't turn on random personalities, he'll actually be more of the pacifist type.

See, I don't even feel like calling him Phoenix Wright, because he's NOT Phoenix Wright. He's a bitter, defeated jobless asshole who's spent the past 7 years of his life manipulating everyone around him just to get revenge on someone, Law-Abiding Citizen style. He even nearly got Apollo Justice, your innocent protagonist, disbarred for presenting forged evidence (bloody ace). The game downplays his actions, but when you take a step back and realize what he did, he's a DICK.
There's also Zak Gramarye. HOOOOOOOOOOH boy. (consult hiimdaisy comics for more info)

It's his schtick of being a ''gentleman'' when he tells you that he loves you and that we're all his wife, Mrs. New Vegas. I hate that shit. Reminds me of when I was a kid and some adults would go on and on with some bullshit long after you debunked it. Mr. New Vegas reminds me of people like that. Christ, I played as a goody two-shoes, but if I was able to, I'd go to Mr. New Vegas and fucking massacre him so badly that Lanius would feel sick to his stomach.

This is more of a logical hate, but I hate Roy Earle from LA Noire. The guy stabbed you in the back just to get the press off of his corrupt back. At least in free-roam you can run him over with your car.
I also do not like Kendra Daniels from Dead Space, and I do not like Daina Le Guin from Dead Space 2.

It is bad enough to have to fight through hoards of necromorphs, only to deal with these two betraying you. I especially did not like Daina because that makes the second time that has happened. I will admit that I enjoyed seeing both of them be brutally killed.
