I definitely remember him. I think there's also a code to get a boat version of simon, looks like a small motorboat with a guy in it. Totally awesome.

edit- There was also the cheat that allowed you to move objects while they were being used by your Sims. As a kid I used this cheat almost exclusively to move the love bed out from under my Sims while they were "making woohoo". I remember being incredibly disappointed that doing this didn't let you see the Sims having sex like I originally thought it would, but rather just made them float naked in midair, minus nipples and genitalia, like Houdini Barbie dolls.
