My keys, complete with solar powered flashlight, swiss army knife, small towel looking like a pirate flag, and a wallet. I usually have mp3 and phone somewhere in there too, along with my USB memory.
I do have a lot of stuff. Along with passport and gloves in my jacket, and emergency lockpick in my tie á la Trilby, I'm almost ready for anything!

Right now I'm just wearing my pyjamas, so nothing in my pockets.
In my normal pants I tend to have keys in my left pocket and cellphone in my right pocket. Because of this, I tend to say (In norwegian; As long as I've got my pants, I've got my cellphone

Pyjama time right now. Normally when I leave the house I'd have my phone, a handkerchief, a pack of gum/tic-tacs, my 3DS, vehicle and house keys and my wallet.

Normally, I have my wallet in my left, my phone and iPod in my right, and in that weird little pocket just above my right, one or two USBs with my school stuff on it.
Right now, I just have one USB in that weird little pocket.

I also have a disc of copper that was squished and imprinted with a dinosaur.
Dinosaurs are cool.
