The game: Resident Evil 4

After the huge fight when you first enter the village a church bell tolls. Every enemy left is like "OH lord saddler".."Huh? oh! OH!".. etc. and makes their way to the church. Keeping in mind at this point you've just dealt with like 50 enemies, possibly including one of those chainsaw wielding nutcases. Now, the finale, let me paint the scene for you:

Leon walks to the center of the village, he looks around with the camera panning in the opposite direction he's turning, his bangs waving in the wind, and he says, "Where's everybody going? Bingo?"

I nearly die of laughter everytime I watch that scene.

Haha see that's an example of a line that, no matter how cheesy it is, as long as you're a fan of Halo/Master Chief it's an awesome line

Watch a few episodes of Doomsday Arcade, they've got some cheesy puns that will make you want to cut your ears off
