"Daniel, son of Odin." Remus smiled as he shook Dan's hand. He was pleasantly surprised that wincing in pain from his grip. Maybe the boy was getting better at this sort of thing. Or perhaps Odin's son had quite a bit of strength of his own.
Turning about, he noticed another demigod joining the two of them. He introduced himself rather oddly, holding up a phone with Able spelled out on it. Was he mute? Perhaps. How very odd. Remus couldn't think of any Gods he knew of who were silent. Although perhaps he became mute through non-genetic means. He nodded his head at Able. "Hello to you as well. And a pleasure. Remus, son of Mars." he said a second time on the off-chance he didn't hear it the first.
At Dan's mention of food, Remus felt his stomach growl ferociously. He didn't realize it but he hadn't eaten in a while. He followed the other demigod as he entered the kitchen, hunger leading the way. As he spotted Nicole walking about the kitchen as well, he flashed a smile briefly. Quickly though he felt hunger gripping him again and his attention was turned to the pantry. He opened a few cupboards and scanned the contents, a disapproving look dawning on face. Pop drinks, brand-name tomato paste, barley any spices and canned fish...he didn't feel all too starved anymore. Spoiled with good food from having grown up in Italy and on a farm, Remus couldn't help but feel rather repulsed by the kitchen's contents. He sighed before closing a cupboard door shut. Maybe there was something decent in the fridge.
