Andrew ignored most of the conversation between Rias and Hymir, though he took note of that the former had seemingly given up on talking Hymir into working together with Loki, as well as the ability to send individual messages to people.
At least that settles that.
Andrew thought to himself, though he was currently more concerned with picking out the sweet with the less calories. He found it a bit odd that no one else had gone for the fridge, surely they had to eat something at some point. Then again, perhaps it was just because he got so annoyed by hunger. He always had, it distracted him, such an unpleasant feeling. Deciding on a chocolate bar as well as a bottle of water, he opted to go back to the couch. However, he stopped for a bit, looking over at Hymir.
Might be an idea to let him know what we can do.
Besides, it would be a good way to test the individual communication thing. He went back to the couch and laid down, then focused on Hymir in his mind. At first, it was a bit difficult to know whether he was managing it, but eventually he was rather sure he had it. Speaking only to Hymir, he started sending information.
"If you don't mind my presence inside your head, I'm going to be brief," he started, and took a bite of the chocolate. It wasn't that he needed to stop in order to eat, he just sort of felt like he should, habit and such.
"It's regarding what people can do. I never got the chance to answer you on the flight because of the number of people around, but, basically; Shiro wields his sword well, and he can summon weather to a certain degree. I'd advice against using that skill unless completely necessary, though, because... well, because I am utterly terrified of lightning. I know that Prometheus is strong, though he often tends to stand a bit on the sideline. I think you'd know better than me, but I don't think he's carrying any weapons. As for Nicole..."
He trailed off again, another bite of that chocolate, as well as a mouthful of water, as he plugged the mp3 player into a nearby outlet using the converter. Andrew figured it would be fine to tell Hymir about the fear of lightning if it was like this, at least if the guy wanted a plan.
"Nicole can give everyone a boost and it lasts for a while. She can also fly, which is rather useful, and I've seen her utilize a skill that seems to have an impact on chance, which can be used in a dire situation. She's carrying a sword. Myself, I can heal injuries and poisoning, as well as create poisons and plagues with whatever symptoms I require. I'm also fairly decent with the bow and arrow. I don't know what Keshi and Rias could do, but given how Keshi tried to defend herself when we caught up to her, as well as her owning swords, I would assume she tends to fight people head on."
Andrew tried to think of something else to say, but couldn't, and instead gave a mental shrug.
"Anyways, that's what I have for now. If you are still making some sort of plan, I would advice you to consider how to use my abilities, I can focus on the bow, or I can focusing on making sure no one gets hurt. If I'm using the bow, I would rather stand a bit away to ensure that I can fire my bow without getting interrupted, but if you want me to heal, I would have to be close to as many people as possible. I can also provide people with poisons for their weapons, but it would limit my ability to heal. I also have some ambrosia, which lets me heal anyone of all their injuries as long as they're still alive, but I get some of their pain and exhaustion in return, and that takes its toll on me, so I can only do it once.
I can, obviously, think for myself, and I'm capable of making split decisions, I'd just like to you to consider whether you want me to focus on offence or on healing. I have no real preference, and if I have the chance to do both, I will. So yeah. Also, you should consider whether you want to have Nicole primarily helping people out with her boosts and other abilities, or if you want to utilize her mobility, she's quick both in the air and on the ground. And... well, that's it, I suppose. If there's anything else you need, let me know tomorrow, though I'm not very good with these kinds of things, not when there's several people. I'm going to sleep now."
Andrew closed his eyes and fell asleep almost instantly, though not before sending a private "mind-message" to Nicole, saying good night.
Sunrise
"We had best get moving. Don't leave anything here - no guarantee we'll be coming back. To here, I mean."
Was it really necessary to add the explanation? I'm sure we got it.
Andrew woke up surprisingly refreshed. Despite having been curled up in a couch, he didn't really feel particularly stiff anywhere, and he stretched. He was almost more surprised that he hadn't been awakened by anyone before now, but then again, he had been rather tired. Still, he smiled, both in order to keep up appearance, and because he actually felt like smiling.
What was waiting didn't bother him particularly, Andrew had always had a hard time getting worked up over things that were waiting, both in a good and a bad way. After a trip to the bathroom for basic hygiene purposes, he put his leather-jacket, pulled out the music player -it was fully charged- from the outlet, and packed it back into the backpack. He made sure that his bow and arrows were easily accessible, and brought the rest of the water, both as a way of drinking, and in case he needed it for poison. He then followed Prometheus into the hallway, and spoke.
"Don't worry, we'll manage. One way or another," his voice was almost cheerful, though it held a certain weight to it. Andrew wasn't going to die or get caught down here, he had to get home at some point.
