When the hell has China ever been cool? When they were slightly, mildly less harsh about controlling every aspect of their citizens' lives? When was this?

I think China is trying to add an extra bit of excitement to playing gangster games. God bless them for their uniqueness.

Ah yes, that'll work... Stop people stealing on games, because that'll stop them stealing in real life.
It's true. Games are like the Matrix, if you die in Grand Theft Auto, you die in real life.
So...uhh...online games that have a mafia setting (but essentially operate like your typical FPS) are not allowed. But singleplayer mafia games are?

I fail to see why you should ban one thing that probably isn't even that popular, but then allow GTA4 and The Sopranos to spread like wildfire throughout the youth...

It should be obvious China isn't a Communist state. It's run by the Triads. And Rockstar has stumbled onto their operation, and now they are banning them so they may continue their underground racketeering and drug rings!
You fool...

TRIAD is run by Chairman Cheng!

Man, some country (Perhaps the USA, England, or Australia) should go in and take over China. I mean seriously. Y'know, I think I'm on to something

Because The Sopranos is TV. TV doesn't make people violent, only video games. Duh.

Yeah....problem is I think they have like the largest army in the world...and not that bad tech either.
More likely that they'll try taking over some other country for land.

Compared to all the actually important freedoms they suppress this is nothing really.

You mean before they became communist? because before this they invaded Tibet and murdered like 500,000 people. I've got nothing against the Chinese people, but the Chinese GOVERNMENT are simply being evil jerks like ususal.
