Biting something off like that would be really hard. Of course a four year is not packing heat, it just break off. Very hard to bite off someones finger unless they just sit there and let you do it. I don't care that the penis is more soft and spongey, it would be just to paniful to not react.

When someone has their teeth clamped onto your penis, that might not be helpful.

The thought process will be nice and sane while someone is trying to bite your dick off. Have a tons of options and you would be going with the first one that popped in your head. Alot of the time when your in alot of pain, you start getting more angry. Little kid probably was punching and kicking while he was doing it. You can't just sit there while something like that is going on and think, "gee, maybe I should not pull away." I am getting attacked by a shark, let me think of all the things not to do. Can't see it being an easy thing to pull off. Kid on medication. Have his head in clouds. Alot of drugs coursing through his veins. I know it's not hard to beat down a 4 year old, but come on. Nothing about this feels like the truth.

"Doctors in Shenzhen, China have reattached a 6-year-old boy's penis after his father bit it off, the Shanghai Daily reports.
According to the paper, witnesses said the 32-year-old father was walking with his naked son and 4-year-old daughter on the street Thursday when he commanded the boy to bite his penis.
When the boy refused, the man attacked him.
Horrified passersby subdued the man, forced him to spit out his son's penis, and called the police, China Buzz reports.
The boy's reattachment surgery was successful, but it is too early to tell whether he will have normal use of the appendage. The Shanghai Daily reports that relatives will care for the boy's sister.
Cops say the father is likely to have a mental illness -- he was recently seen pretending to strangle his son on their balcony, according to witnesses. I love how they say "likely to have a mental illness". I'm not a psychiatrist and I can diagnose him as being mentally messed up.
