Actually, I've found that Chocolate Story makes a good 100% bar. A guy selling chocolate at a book fair told me it was worth checking out, and when I politely declined the offer, he opened a packet and let me try a piece. I was sold, and bought a bar.
I am intrigued. Where are you from? I haven't stumbled upon that brand in Canada, I don't think. I will start to look!
Sweden, but they're a Polish brand. Hard to find here, too. I only know one place that sells them.

I actually don't like chocolate very much, but when I was in basic training, I began craving one very, very particular item:

A Snickers bar, but one that is frozen completely stiff.

Dunno why. I think Snickers are usually disgusting, and I've never had frozen chocolate before, but holy shit, when I graduated and got my hands on one, it was the best thing I've ever had.

By the way, I've been collecting fine chocolate bars for some time. I've got more than 20 in my drawer, ready for special occasions. Or whenever I feel like it.

To me, room-temp. chocolate (at least, Wispas, Kit-Kats and Mars Bars) lose some of their taste, so I keep them in the fridge for a while and they taste grand. Doesn't seem to affect other chocolate, though I also fridge them because I prefer breaking it off piece by piece rather than having a melty mass.

I remember when I was a kipper, we had a cafe in our town centre called Maccari's and it had THE BEST chocolate fudge cake I ever had... I can still remember what it tasted like even though it was at least a decade ago since I last had a slice.
I remember Starbucks used to have gorgeous chocolate cakes too but they're just not the same anymore.
Luckily the place I work at now has a chocolatiers about 5 mins away so I still get my fix. :D
My least favourite chocolate is dark, but that's probably because my sweet tooth is huge.
