Mmm to me double mags sounds like the arrangement where you attach one mag to the other, making reloads faster. Honestly, it looks like he's just holding the other ammo in his left hand. Watch the teaser and then watch the Wager Mode vid in the OP at 0:39. He's holding an extra blade for the ballistic knife(Bife? Maybe?) but I cannot guarantee that it isn't an attachment or some modification to the weapon.
