Eh, my response to this is the general response to weed these days: "Ho-hum". Surveys have shown (no, I'm not looking them up, I've just heard about them so believe me or not, I really don't care
) that the slight majority of the US population is now officially in favor of legalizing it. Most people realize that it's really not that big of a deal...or at least not as big of a deal as the anti-pot commercials would have you believe. The general feeling is "if booze and cigarettes are legal, why not weed?" That and there's far worse crime to be focused on then someone smoking some weed. With today's progressive society, it's really only a matter of time before it becomes legal.
So who cares if the CoD is "endorsing" the weed culture by coming out with this? I'd imagine a fair number of CoD players smoke weed so it makes sense.
Oh, and lets not forget that there were 3 titles you could earn in Modern Warfare 2 that had pot leafs as the background.
