Im one of those hopeless mutants who will buy a collectors edition just to make shure im the biggest gaming geek in my city.... I need a life.
It's a figurine not an action figure.DragunovHUN said:I would say that's a standard collectors edition. But ACTION FIGURE? Come ooon that's too lame.
The Fallout 3 bobble head appeals to kids. Boi-oi-oing.Jamash said:Really it's just the same as the Fallout 3 Bobble-Head figurine, and isn't suppose to appeal to kids.
Yeah, maybe so, but you still wouldn't really class it as a toy, considering where it's from.x434343 said:The Fallout 3 bobble head appeals to kids. Boi-oi-oing.Jamash said:Really it's just the same as the Fallout 3 Bobble-Head figurine, and isn't suppose to appeal to kids.
Lemme see. -licks- (Yes, I picked up Vault-Boy from the front of my computer and LICKED him) Mmm, plastic PVC.Jamash said:Yeah, maybe so, but you still wouldn't really class it as a toy, considering where it's from.x434343 said:The Fallout 3 bobble head appeals to kids. I don't think I ever QQ'ed about money problems, but thanks for the concern. It was more a matter of, "Is this cheaply made stuff that's going to waste away on a shelf or get thrown out by your mom/spouse/housekeeper/underwear gnome worth the money to you and why?" Not, ZOMG I have no money and am jealous of your awesome lootz!!1pha kin su pah said:I like collectors editions, depending on the game, i find it interesting to go through the behind the scenes interviews, the tin case, art books, and the occasional extra content.
RE5's content sounds worth the money, if you have an interest about that stuff, if you don't, just buy the standard version.
poor people should stop standing around QQ about their money problems and get a job to solve them =/.
Yeah but that bobblehead is an actual in-game item, not a tiny plastic main character.Jamash said:Really it's just the same as the Fallout 3 Bobble-Head figurine, and isn't suppose to appeal to kids.
Yeah, I'm Irish so was able to get a copy. It's really really cool, the box art is stunning. PLus you get hours of extras, right down to designing the levels and recording the score. really great for 70 Euros!-Zen- said:I don't think there's a collector's edition of that game.miracleofsound said:The God of War 2 special edition was great. The extras on it were nearly as long as the extended LOTR trilogy![]()
EDIT:
Well I'll be damned. There is one. It's just that America didn't get a collector's edition. All American copies had two discs.
On roughly the same subject, have you heard about the Halo Wars Special Edition? They some to have done a pretty good job filling it with stuff to make people like me act irrational.SP MeaslyBinkie said:I like to get Collector`s edition of games but if it is just a making of and tin box I won`t waste my money, the best Collector`s edition I have bought would have to be Halo 3 Legendary edition.
Actually, some of them do.bad rider said:What i don't get is why limited editions never run out...
