If the clean bar drops to 0% clean, YOU LOSE!

Stuck in traffic.
You drive a car stuck in really heavy traffic, you complete the level by getting to your destination. A short cutscene and you get your next mission which means driving through more heavy traffic. You can't run people over (no pedestrians) or go over the speed limit either or you get an instant game over. And if you just try to plough through the traffic your car breaks down and you have to start again with a really long unskippable cutscene in which you are about to get into your car, can't find the keys and look around the house for them, only to realise they were in your pocket the whole time. And also the weather is overcast and all the cars are grey. (I keep thinking of new ideas!)
Controls include:
Y - horn
X - grumble to yourself about how heavy the traffic is
B - shout 'OH COME ON!' out the window
A - sigh
The car doesn't have a radio or anything either so all you hear is constant beeping and other people shouting.
After the final level you wake up and realise it was all a dream! Then you have to do all the journeys for real in a new game+ mode in which...wait for it...you drive on the OTHER side of the road! (In your dream you were in a country that drives on the other side of the road!)
