Eh, let's see...I dunno, Sam Worthington? He might not've been in THAT good films, but I quite like him. In the end, as long as Keith David, Seth Green (or, failing that, Joshua Gomez would work), Yvonne Strahovski and Martin Sheen keep their roles, I don't care.
Also, the aliens should be played by their game VAs where applicable.

Bad idea, but if you had to it should be a femshep paragon played by Jennifer Hale (probably using CG for action-heavy scenes, which is what they would do anyway.) Maleshep was too generic VAing, so we have to use the better voice, which was femshep, and if the best qualification is the voice, then who better than the VA?

I really like the Gerard Butler one, but for some reason I just thought Sam Worthington. I don't think he has the widest range of actors, but this would be the kind of role he's suited to.
My Shepard looked like a Philipino Leonard Cohen, so I'm probably not a good one to ask.
Ron Perlman, I like Ron. My Shepards are kinda older anyway, especially the Renegades.
Timothy Oliphant, he hasn't done anything good since Deadwood, but I think Renegade could be a good fit for him. As long as he is barely restraining his anger he is good.
Duane Johnson, is that how you spell his name? The Rock. Anyway he's already played Doom Guy and he has good hair for the role.

Eliza Dushku, she can play bad arse, but may be too short.
Maybe Laura Prepon, because she has the right stature.

I am just saddened that the movie Shepard is almost certain to be male. Everyone knows femshep is best shep. I also fail to see the point of a movie. Isn't the central element of the game the moral choice system? By removing the interactivity, Mass Effect loses a lot. Now if they kept choices and had the audience vote on which choice to make, that would be interesting.
Honestly, I don't like Shepard at all, he's too perfect.
I'd choose Garrus or Wrex over Shepard any day....=)
