Actually I would've expected the next line to be "They don't let me in the Arcade anymore" or "Nobody ever challenges me in DDR"
I'm sorry, but I had to point out that that sentence made my day.

I have the weird obsession to organize my inventory, when in the real world my room looks like a nuclear bomb went off and no one noticed. Especially in RE4. I have to organize, whether it be Leon's XL case or Ada's fricking tiny case.

Also, in Brawl, it's really weird for me to use the Wii remote, since I'm so used to the layout of the GC controller, so I turn the Wiimote on it's side and switch the Nunchuck to my opposite hand. Surprisingly, this works and I kick everyone's ass while doing it. =3

When I playing a Priest in MMO games I always pretend not to speak English to avoid people asking me for heals/buffs. I normally yell at them in another language and if they speak that I switch to another, sometimes circularly. English -> Japanese -> French -> Repeat. And trust me, no one speaks English, Japanese and French.

I also refuse to play Sonic games any other way than trying to run through every level as fast as possible. Any other method is an insult to the hedgehog, he is the fastest thing alive after all.

who doesnt game nude?? i am an OCD turtler in RTS's, i wont leave the safety of my corner until i know my turrets alone could rape 90% of there army. and then i wont send my attack force until it can cut through the enimies base like a hot knife through butter. i am also and OCD saver...probably due to morrowind on xbox freezing every 10 feet, getting killed frequentaly or just getting glitched in a hammock. oh and i cant play guitar hero without standing up.

In RPG's, I almost never use non-healing magic, and never use items. Also, in any game, I like to try making my character's move naturally (i.e. in a straight line, not getting caught on corners, walking when inside).

Hahaha, same here. I will spend most of a match either. . .

a) Building an unstoppable DOOM force that can destroy mankind
b) Building a ridiculous defense network and wall complex even though walls in Red Alert crumble if a fly lands near them.

If I'm playing a multiplayer game, I'll tend to pick a female character (although I'm male), mostly so I don't mix my character up with someone else's.

I'll never pick the same character twice in a row in a fighting game, except occasionally peach in smash bros.

I tend to powerlevel extensively in RPG's (level 60 before end of disc 1 in FF7, all techs for Crono before Magus' castle in CT), and hoard items.

I like to spell stuff with silos in RA or build tesla coils around the enemy base.

for some, unknow reason everytime i kill something or something dies i say 'dead'
i have no idea why but it's oc for me.
adversly to most of you, i perfer my bases uterly, ahem, "blown-to-a-living-fuckhole."
neat and tidy, just not my thing, because i like things messy.
i'm going to go ahead and assume it's because i like to blow things up or watch thing blow up.
i've never gone through a H3 or COD4 match without using atleast 3 grenades.
Did you seriously just quote yourself? Jesus Christ.
yes, i did.

if you have a problem with that then you need to grow up.

Anyway, back to the topic.
when doing anything regular or monotoness in a game, i lie down, but if something hard or important is happening (i.e.; boss battle, focusing sequence) i sit up. i also can't game while standing.

When in a lobby in COD4 or RB6V, just hearing the voice of some whiney 12 year old american kid makes my teeth grind and i cant help but hurl as much abuse as i can... I cant help it, most UK gamers do though :p

If I'm playing a game where you can either go stealthy or with guns blazing (Metal Gear Solid, for example), I always have to do both. As in, I'll create two save files, do one mission or objective, be really stealthy, then save, load the other file, and go in guns blazing for the same mission. Can't help it. I like trying both experiences. Their are others, can't think right now.

Woo, let's see. My compulsivity didn't show up until Oblivion, unless you count constant arrangement of gear on Chrono Trigger characters to make sure everyone had the most kit-appropriate items.

In Oblivion, I dedicated different containers in my house to carefully organized storage. A crate downstairs for weapons, a nearby barrel for arrows, an armoire upstairs for enchanted clothing, a bureau for armor, and a chest near the bed for special "memory" items - unique items like the handcuffs your character starts the game with, a set of Mythic Dawn robes from the first assassin you meet, leftover turpentine from the paint quest, the ring Vicente gives you, etc.

Additionally, my first time through, I had a downright obsession with stealing keys. My character had pickpocketed every NPC in the game, and stolen every possible key, and opened every possible door. I didn't bother stealing things from the houses, but I quickly realized that (due to the items lying around in the houses; books, weapons, etc.) some of the houses belonged to members of the Dark Brotherhood or Mythic Dawn, organizations I felt very strongly about.

I started carrying around a sheaf of Quills, a handful of Flawless Pearls, and two or three skulls. In normal homes I left a feather in a conspicuous place to indicate that I'd been there before; in Brotherhood homes I left a pearl, and in Dawn homes, I left a skull on the pillow of the bed. ;3

I try to RP a bit, it would seem. Since I'm playing my character, I try to move about in the way he'd move if he was real. This is absolutely fantastic to do while playing Bioshock.

when i play diabloII, or red alert, or any games with maps, i always have to explore the whole area to get the whole map, i cant leave any area gray, even if i know its just a dead end.

also when i play morrowind, i steal everything in front of me, kill the shopkeeper, steal his stuff, and sell most of it later.

also i have to get as much gold or currency as possible, so that i can buy whatever strikes my fancy, even though i never actually end up buying anything unless its vital to the advancement of the game.

and i horde like its 1999 and i believed in the Y2K bug...

plus theres probably more, but i havent played all that many games, and only for a short while....
